a cartoon, I believe that this way you differ from the other traditional brands on the market and put THE BRAND ahead, besides being a brand that comes into direct contact with people, breaking the formal side is a way of representing care and affection.
For the logo's typography, I designed a typeface of my own, joining shapes as if they were frozen together, and when placed in red or yellow they can also represent Brass.
For the colours, I did a study and came up with these 3 colours: Brandeis blue, Red Scarlet and Orange Xanthous. And black and white as complementary colours.
The choice of blue as the main colour is because it is a cool colour and is used in most applications, and can be contrasted with white, yellow and red.
a gradient between these 3 colours, for applications such as on the web and on corporate cards, when tested on van, it also did well.
The logo can be used in two ways, either just the cartoon or the typography, depending on the application.
